VIBE CARES
Given the hardships we saw in 2020 and our commitment to Serve Our Community, VIBE has a program called VIBE Cares. Each month, we draw the name of one of our associates and VIBE makes a $500 contribution to the charity of the associate’s choice. In this small way, we are able to help.
January 2021 Recipient: Awesome Greyhound Adoptions, Inc. (AGA)
This organization is operated by volunteers dedicated to taking care of the Greyhounds that no longer qualify to compete at a racetrack. AGA has been taking in Greyhounds from all over the state, taking care of them and finding them new homes. Also, they have a program, Hounds & Heroes, where they train the Greyhounds and give them to Veterans in need.

February 2021 Recipient: SOLVE Maternity Homes (SOLVE)
Since 1976, SOLVE has been empowering at-risk pregnant women to become confident, capable parents and thriving members of society. By meeting their physical, emotional and spiritual needs, they’re able to stop the cycle and positively impact future generations.

March 2021 Recipient: Tampa First Vietnamese Church of Nazarene
In 1985 the church was started with a few families and grew to several hundred. The attendance was affected by COVID-19 and all facets of the church are primarily maintained by the remaining members.

April 2021 Recipient: Hope Villages of America, Inc.
For over 50 years, the Hope Villages of America (formerly RCS Pinellas) mission has been to support our neighbors facing hunger, homelessness, domestic violence, or a lack of basic needs. Staff and volunteers serve individuals and families with effective support and compassion. They help those in need that are the most vulnerable among us get back onto a path of self-sufficiency with dignity.

Barbara is a super lady in her late 70s who went through cancer surgery. She has no family and her pets are her life.

June 2021 Recipient: Action Against Hunger
Action Against Hunger is the world’s hunger specialist and leader in a global movement that aims to end life-threatening hunger for good within our lifetimes. For more than 40 years, the humanitarian and development organization has been on the front lines, treating and preventing hunger across nearly 50 countries. It served more than 25 million people in 2020 alone.

February 2022 Recipient: Florida Dachshund Rescue, Inc. (FLDR)
FLDR is an all volunteer group that rescues, rehabilitates and places dachshunds into loving and permanent homes. They also provide education to the public on the dachshund breed, puppy mills, and the importance of spay/neuter to help eliminate abuse and neglect. FLDR relies entirely on foster homes to house the dachshunds until they can be placed in forever homes. As a non-profit organization, they rely on adoption donations received when a rescued dachshund is placed in a permanent home and on the generosity of the private and public sector for support.

On December 8, 2020 VIBEngineering, Inc. employees volunteered at the Salvation Army Toy Sorting and Food Pantry Event in St. Petersburg, FL. Our staff donated time to help organize the thousands of gifts and food donated to the Salvation Army.
2020 Feeding Tampa Bay
On November 9, 2020, VIBEngineering, Inc. employees volunteered at the Feeding Tampa Bay warehouse in Tampa, FL as part of the Tampa Bay ITE volunteer effort. Our staff donated time to help organize several non-perishable items donated to the Feeding Tampa Bay organization.

On December 16, 2019 VIBEngineering, Inc. employees volunteered at the Salvation Army Toy Sorting Event in St. Petersburg, FL. Our staff donated time to help organize the thousands of gifts donated to the Salvation Army.
2019 Habitat for Humanity
On June 20, 2019 VIBEngineering, Inc. employees enjoyed a team-building day at Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County. The team played a significant role in the completion of the home for another family’s new future. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for allowing us to be part of this journey again. We will definitely be back!

On March 22, 2017 VIBEngineering, Inc. employees enjoyed a team-building day at Habitat for Humanity in Safety Harbor. The team put in a full day’s work building window and door bucks. The owner of the home showed up to introduce himself and personally thank everyone. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for allowing us to be part of this journey. We will definitely be back!
2017 Feeding Tampa Bay
On April 27, 2017 VIBEngineering, Inc. employees volunteered at the Frogmore Fresh Blueberry Farm in Dade City to support Feeding Tampa Bay. It was a hot day but the outcome was rewarding. The team picked many pounds of blueberries to support the Feeding Tampa Bay Hunger Hero initiative.

In 2016 VIBEngineering, Inc. employees volunteered at CASA (Community Action Stops Abuse).
2015 Feeding Tampa Bay
In 2015 VIBEngineering, Inc. employees volunteered at the Feeding America Tampa Bay Warehouse and assisted in sorting over 11,066 pounds of food that had been donated to the organization. This helped Feeding America provide more than 9,222 meals to those in need. Each year, Feeding America provides food for over 700,000 people in the West Central Florida area.
